Product Use and Care
How do I set up the wine dispenser?
1
Before first use, place the wine dispenser on a flat, stable surface with at least 3 inches of clearance around the unit, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Connect to a 120V grounded outlet and power on using the main switch at the back.
(For First Use or cleaning only) Insert the bottle tube, secure the bottle with clean water onto the locking piston assembly, and tighten the check valve onto the cartridge head. Run clean water through the system before use — do not use soap.
Open the door, insert the bottle tube and secure the bottle of wine onto the locking piston assembly. Set your desired temperature or preset wine profile on the control panel and allow the chamber to chill.
Close the door — the blue light of the corresponding chamber will illuminate to confirm the bottle is correctly installed and preservation is active. Select aeration on or off according to your wine type when use, place your glass under the dispensing head, and press the lever to pour. Wait 5 seconds after releasing the lever before removing your glass.
How to clean the machine?
2
Insert the bottle tube, secure the bottle with clean water onto the locking piston assembly, and tighten the check valve onto the cartridge head. Run clean water through the system before use — do not use soap.
Use a slightly damped cloth to clean the exterior panels of the wine dispenser.
How to replace and install a new bottle of wine?
3
Before installing a new bottle, run the water-cleaning procedure through the system to clean the dispensing cartridge and bottle tube between bottles.
To install:
Open the glass door — do not open beyond 90 degrees
Ensure the locking piston handle is in the open position
Insert the bottle tube into the new wine bottle and insert it securely onto the locking piston assembly
Press the locking piston handle to the closed position to lock the bottle in place
Slide the locking piston assembly into the top of the chamber
Close the glass door — the blue light will illuminate confirming the bottle is correctly installed and preservation is active
Important Notes:
⚠️ Never move the machine with a bottle connected
The machine is compatible with traditional glass wine bottles with cork or screw tops only
For screw top bottles a specially fitted screw top accessory is provided with each wine dispenser.
If the blue light does not illuminate after closing the door — open the door and check that the bottle is correctly seated on the locking piston assembly and the check valve is securely tightened
How to set the temperature of each chamber?
4
To set the temperature, first select the chamber you want to adjust. Then either press the Temp button and use the Up and Down buttons to choose your preferred temperature, or press the Wine Type button and select a preset wine type. Press the same button again to confirm your setting.
What types of wine can I use with this machine?
5
This machine is designed exclusively for use with still wine in 750ml or smaller bottles. ⚠️ Do not use with Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, or any other sparkling or carbonated wine.
The dispensing and preservation system will extract carbonation and destroy the natural effervescence of sparkling wines, permanently ruining your beverage. Furthermore, the use of sparkling or carbonated liquids may cause irreparable damage to the machine's internal components and will void your warranty.
