SPANNING ALL MAJOR VARIETALS
Double-Layer Glass Door
Dual-layer insulated glass maintains precise temperatures while keeping your bottles beautifully on display — condensation-free, always.
THERMAL INSULATION GLASS
Instant aerate on demand is Revolutionary.
Instant Aeration — No Decanter Needed
Drop. Pour. Enjoy.
Advanced micro-oxygenation technology delivers hours of traditional decanting in seconds — no decanter, no waiting, no preparation. Open it, pour it, and enjoy it at its absolute best from the very first glass.
Glass-by-Glass Control
You decide. Every pour.
A single touch activates or deactivates aeration on demand — per glass, not per bottle. Whether you want full aeration for a bold red or none for a delicate white, sommelier-level precision is always at your fingertips.
Unlocks Aromas & Softens Tannin
Breathe life into every bottle.
Instant aeration releases the full aromatic spectrum of your wine — the fruit, the spice, the earth — while softening harsh tannin in young reds to deliver a smooth, rounded finish that would otherwise take hours to achieve.
Protects What Remains
Every drop, perfectly preserved.
Only the glass being poured is aerated. The remaining wine stays sealed, fresh, and protected — never over-oxidized, never compromised, always ready for the next pour.
Protects Delicate & Aged Wines
Know when not to aerate.
Switch aeration off to safeguard older vintages, delicate whites, and sparkling wines from over-oxidation — preserving every nuance the winemaker intended, exactly as it was meant to be experienced.
Sulphite Reduction & Freshness
Fresh from the very first pour.
Instant aeration disperses sulfites added during winemaking — eliminating the sharp, chemical edge some wines carry on opening and delivering a cleaner, fresher taste from the first glass to the last.
Perfect for Young & Aged Wines Alike
Every wine. Its perfect moment.
Unlock the full potential of young, tannic reds years before they would naturally peak — or treat rare aged vintages with the precision they deserve. Whatever is in the bottle, Maître de Vin serves it at its very best.
Thoughtfully preserve to elevate what matters most.
Inside every bottle lives something worth protecting — layers of aroma waiting to unfold, tannin softened by time, flavors that reveal themselves only at the right temperature and the right moment. The Maître de Vin Wine Preservation System was built to honor exactly that — drawing out the full depth, complexity, and character of every wine through precision dual-chamber temperature control, instant on-demand aeration, and advanced gas-free preservation technology. What was locked inside the bottle is now alive in the glass.
Because the finest wines deserve to be experienced exactly as nature and craft intended — nothing lost, nothing compromised, nothing left behind.

“Endorsement”
I have been in the wine business for almost forty years in Napa Valley making wine under the David Arthur Vineyard label and the Montagna Napa Valley label.
The "beauty" of this machine is that it "allows" those who purchase expensive wines to enjoy them "over time" as opposed to having to "finish the bottle"! This is definitely a "game changer" and will be strongly supported by the better wineries and those high end wine consumers that are, at times, reluctant to open one of their finer wines.
Bob Long, Former owner of MONTAGNA Napa Valley
For the past two years we have utilized the Maître de Vin's wine machine to preserve our wines while serving the wines to our guests and personal use. As an organic producer of wines, we appreciate the environmentally friendly vacuum preservation system verses using inert gas. We highly recommend this machine to all wine lovers who want to open that special bottle and not have to drink the entire bottle but save for those special occasions.
David Sabin, Owner of SABINA VINEYARDS
As both an architect and winery owner, I heartedly recommend including the Maître de Vin wine dispensing system in a tasting room. This well-designed device combines functional convenience of pouring the quality of freshly uncorked wine into the glass with elegant formality for serving guests properly.
We're currently adding one to our home kitchen to use while cooking and dining. C'est magnifique!
